Founded in California’s Central Valley, Rolling Hills Nut Company began with a service-first mission and a commitment to integrity and trust.

Over the years, we became a reliable partner for high-quality almond processing, helping suppliers move beyond the commodity model.

2015

Expanding capabilities with Northside Food Company

To meet growing demand for value-added almond products, Rolling Hills launched Northside Food Company, expanding into almond flour, almond butter, and flavored nuts using in-house innovation and specialized equipment.

2025

Evolving into Nügredient Solutions

In 2025, Northside Food Company was renamed Nügredient Solutions to reflect expanded capabilities in formulation, co-manufacturing, and CPG brands.

Together with Rolling Hills, the group now offers full-spectrum almond solutions, from raw processing to custom ingredient innovation, while staying true to its grower-first roots.
